Four promises to every child
Healthy collaboration overunhealthy competition
Values are easy to write and hard to keep. So Svadhyaya turns each one into a promise that can be enforced, tested and checked by any parent.
PROMISE 01Nothing sells her attention
No ads, no feeds, no streaks, no “one more”. No trackers. Nothing about a child is ever sold, because she is not the product. This is healthy collaboration over unhealthy competition: the app does not compete with her sleep, her family or her play.
PROMISE 02Nothing thinks for her
No generative AI, no chatbots, no AI drawing. The work is hers, the pride is hers, and so are the mistakes. Every word on the screen was written by people, in advance.
PROMISE 03It knows when to stop
A parent chooses a window from 5 to 120 minutes. When it ends, the screen closes gently, with no guilt and no countdown games. A learning culture that respects the child knows that the most important learning often happens after the screen goes dark.
PROMISE 04You hold the keys
There is no child account. Only a parent can share, export or delete her work, and a book is sold only if she says yes too.
Would I be comfortable if this were the only app she used today?
That single question decided what went in and what stayed out. It is a good question for any teacher, school or product that touches a child’s day.
